Colour Mirrors & Ho'oponopono

"Ho’oponopono" is an ancient and powerful Hawaiian teaching of forgiveness - the words roughly mean 'to make things right' so is a form of conflict resolution, restoring balance, which is always ultimately about self healing - as the conflict that is reflected to you is what you are experiencing within you;

"pono" means balance and harmony, spiritual alignment, to be well; it means being healthy, in integrity, and maintaining balance; it encompasses the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical aspects and especially self love;

"ho’o" makes it physical, activates it, bringing it to life; if we ignore it we become ill at ease and out of balance;

when uncomfortable feelings or situations arise, "Ho'oponopono" is an opportunity to clear old stuck e-motions out of our body; it is an acknowledgement that what you are experiencing as uncomfortable or upsetting is just a reflection of old stuff inside you that needs clearing and healing;

chanting the 'Ho'oponopono' phrase over and over is a powerful way to cleanse the body of guilt, shame, traumatic memories, ill will, or any bad feelings that keep the mind fixated on negative thoughts;

by repeating the "Ho'oponopono" mantra you can literally dissolve conflict and inner turmoil; the universe has just showed up to reveal what is still bothering you so you can clear on it;

whenever you feel triggered, such as, if you are not being heard, or feel bullied or intimidated, angry or irritated, hurt or upset, abandoned or rejected, you can say the mantra to release the feelings from your body and come into healthy alignment with yourself;

i’m sorry,

please forgive me,

thank you,

i love you

i actually add another line to this "i let go"

why not give it a go!

the whole philosophy of "Ho'oponopono" aligns very much with the philosophy of colour mirrors - hence the name - Rumi, one of my favourite prophets and guides says "As you live Deeper in the Heart, the Mirror gets clearer and cleaner"

these bottles in colour mirrors represent the Ho'oponopono mantra visually - there is no surprise that the colour theme is pink and magenta - as it is always about love or divine love and the answer is always love!

G8 = illumination = i'm sorry - releases guilt, which is a sticky emotion that just hides and keeps us out of our power and our frequency low;

22 = forgiveness = please forgive me - all forgiveness starts with the self - again it only serves to keep us out of our true authentic power and our frequency low;

C8 = the bridge = i - our higher self, the self that connects our human self to our divine self through love;

33 = love & magic = love - when you love yourself unconditionally you are able to love outwards unconditionally and in turn attract love to you;

6 = venus = you (ie me) - all the you's - you and me - the mirror - you reflecting me and me reflecting you are simply love;

Pink Pearl = thank = (the pink pearl is a special 'friend' of the colour mirrors system) - this means having gratitude which is simply a great- attitude - it is unconditional love and appreciation for all things in the present moment;

G27 = unity = you - unity is you and me united; we are all one, with all our differences - the clarity of the unity bottle reflects your true self back to you with no hiding place; "you-nity" this is reflecting clearing of duality within the self to lead you to wholeness, oneness.
