holistic therapeutic restorative massage
whether you have a specific pain issue, or just want to indulge in a relaxing restorative massage, this is the perfect space to switch off and unwind;

i am swedish massage trained and adapt the strength to your needs and wishes, without being a sports massage ~ if you know, you know ~ ouch!
in the therapy room you will be joined by all the colour bottles to exchange energies with while you relax in a safe space;
i like to play hertz sound frequencies in the background which also aid the healing process, again, unless you prefer quiet;

if you really want to spoil yourself, why not book an hour and a half to allow that time to get into a deeply relaxed state, even sleep.

i like to use a safe blend of oils, so let me know in advance if you have any skin sensitivities;

or better still, let a colour mirrors bottle choose you and I can use a little from the bottle for the massage to really allow you to absorb the frequencies of the colours, and you take the rest home to enjoy; just add the price of the bottle to the session;
