The Law of Attraction

We are all manifesting ~ but many people are manifesting on auto pilot, depending on their experiences, mood, state of mind, emotions and programming. Whatever you are thinking or feeling is a magnet sending out that exact energy to the Universe and the Universe will match it and send more of the same back to you.


One reason why people do not get what they want is because they are thinking more about what they don’t want than what they do want. The Universe does not understand 'No' or 'Not' or 'Don't'. Wherever your attention is, is what will manifest.


Thoughts are electric ~ Emotions are magnetic.

This is why it is so important to be mindful of your thoughts, words and feelings. If you feel negative emotions, which is natural if you are going through repeated patterns of 'hardship' in your life... Observe the feeling and thought, and then give permission to release it in that moment.


The journey to en-lighten-ment involves clearing on all the old 'stuff' that has literally kept you weighed down, out of balance and in duality with yourself and coming to a point of peace and stillness and unity within.

It is a practice and a process... as with many things. Like Yoga and Meditation - these are daily practices. And being Mindful is a moment by moment - thought by thought - process. Keep at it...and you will begin to clear old patterns and see the new reality you are creating appear before you.


Whatever you are feeling - emanates out of your electro-magnetic field and the Universe exactly matches it and sends it back to you - magnified. So if you feel Sad - you will get more Sad. If you feel Joy - you will get more Joy.


Every trigger that you experience is an opportunity to look within at old stuff you have been hanging onto, whether knowlingly or not, and to give permission to release it from your body and choose Joy. So if someone or something triggers you and you feel a negative emotion, feel into this and recognise it as a very old emotional response that you have been replaying over and over and choose to let it go and replace it with a postive feeling. Then you will begin to attract more Joy into your reality.



How it will happen, how the Universe will bring it to you, is not your concern or job. Focus on clearing out all your Shadow self and bringing yourself into alignment and You-nity and just Allow the Universe to work it's Magic.
